| John arrived to give me an est. to replace my sliding glass doors. John looked at the doors and determined that the doors could be adjusted and would work as good as new. He said that he would hate for me to buy new doors when the problems could be fixed. It took him 10 minutes to make the repair and when I told him that I needed to pay him for his time as he fixed my problem he said, just give me gas money for coming out here. I paid him $25 because the value he gave me far exceeded a couple gallons of gas. Other companies I called for estimates did not offer a repair and instead gave me replacement bids from $2700-$3800. What a savings! |
