Estimator Dan arrived on time and was extremely professional. After faxing his proposal to our Condo Association, he called once to follow-up, then left us to make our decision. 8 days later, by appointment, two technicians arrived, excluded the pigeons from the attic, cleaned the area and installed hardware cloth over the openings. They were polite and thorough, cleaning up after themselves where insulation fell into closets of the units involved. Two days later, there were sounds of baby birds in the same general area. The technicians returned and attempted to reach the one remaining nest which was in an inaccessible area.
