Bio Science's crew was timely and thorough. The third party inspection did fail, but Bio Science was true to their word and did NOT raise the bottom line price !!!!! When you have an existing structure, it is very difficult to find all of the affected areas IF the mold has had many months to spread. Such is the case with my home. The home was foreclosed and there was a leak in the kitchen that spread through out the house over a period of seven (7) months...They came back in and re-treated the affected areas at no additional charge !!!! The inspection passed with no question. Highly Recommended, Professional Company !!!!!!!!!!

What is the most important during the economy crash in US right now, is that Bio-Science’s estimate was not expensive compare to the scope for work, the quality and the service they provided for me. I am the owner of Florida property who lives in NYC. The Bio-Science provided full service for the mold removal AND the reconstruction of damaged spaces in the house. Mr. Rick LaPierre was EXCELLENT with helping me resolving the problems without me personally being there. I didn’t need to travel once and the house looks like new and that was a big help for me as a mother and professional engineer working in NYC.
